  • b. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • c. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled without our prior agreement.

  • a. All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. Currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges.
  • b. Payment for the order, including taxes and shipping charges, must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
  • c. We accept payment through the methods specified on our website. Payment must be made using a valid payment method.

3. Product Specifications:

  • a. We strive to provide accurate and detailed information about our products, including descriptions, sizes, and images.
  • b. However, slight variations may occur, and we do not guarantee the exact color accuracy of printed products due to differences in monitors and printing processes.
  • c. Any special instructions or customization requests must be clearly communicated during the order placement process.

4. Turnaround Time and Delivery:

  • a. We will make every effort to fulfill orders within the stated turnaround time displayed on our website or thru email.
  • b. However, the stated turnaround time is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including technical issues, supplier delays, or shipping disruptions.
  • c. We will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or costs arising from delayed or failed deliveries.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds:

  • a. Due to the personalized nature of our products, cancellations or changes to an order can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • b. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for personalized or custom-printed products, except in cases of product defects or errors caused by Dawgonit Prints.
  • c. In case of a defective product or error on our part, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving the order for further assistance.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • a. By submitting artwork or designs to Dawgonit Prints, you represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use and reproduce the content.
  • b. Dawgonit Prints assumes no liability for any copyright infringement or unauthorized use of intellectual property submitted by customers.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • a. Dawgonit Prints shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or services.
  • b. Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These conditions of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beaverton.
